In the MOOC: Jom belajar wordpress, there is a task that we need to describe about our favourite food. Here, I share some of my favourite foods. My first favourite food is chicken chop. If I go to the western food restaurant, I will definitely order chicken chop. Nyum..nyum…

Furthermore, I love to eat two cuisines come from Sarawak which we call ‘Umai’ and ‘Laksa Sarawak’. I recommend those who visit Sarawak, you should try these cuisines.  Ok, ‘Umai’ is made from fresh fish/small prawn that marinated with the calamondin lime, onions, chillies and some gingers. ‘Umai’ looks like the Japanese Sashimi.  While, ‘Laksa Sarawak’ is different from ‘Laksa Johor’ and ‘Laksa Penang’. ‘Laksa Sarawak’ is made using a laksa paste consisting of sambal belacan, tamarind, lemongrass, herbs and spices with a little coconut milk. Besides, a typical bowl of traditional ‘Laksa Sarawak’  usually consists of rice vermicelli, omelette strips, shredded chicken, beansprouts, prawns, fresh coriander and lime. I would say both cuisines are delicious!
